What to do in case of doubt
Forewarned is forearmed! Therefore never respond to messages
that request your account number, password or secret code. Keep
personal information secret. We advise you to delete suspicious
e-mails as quickly as possible. Also contact ING Belgium in such
cases.
In the event that you become a victim of fraud through answering
a fraudulent question, we advise you to change/block your codes for
Home'Bank or other electronic channels as quickly as possible, or
block your bank cards.
